The Wool Press

Exploration of the printmaking method of pressure and its connection to farming practices and machinery. "The Wool Press" explores an old piece of machinery that undergoes large amounts of pressure. Using materiality as a tool in this work, I use the nylon wool bags and actual wool from my family farm. Pushing the installation of the work and the difference it makes to the subject matter.
